Old Timers Reunion 2017

This is Joe Bernard Mounty from Canada. He and Jack McGibbons ran their cattle together all over lower SwanValley & Pine Creek bench. This was about 1887. They took over the Ross Brothers place which later became the Gus/Lloyd Jacobson ranch. All this was before the homesteading act took place & at that time it was free range. Hayin' 1925

The 3 men on the left are George Weeks, his dad Willard Weeks, and Ed Daniels. The little girl in front is Juanda Daniels Whisman who just passed away at the age of 101.

The Swingin' Bridge

Larry Fleming has shared a picture of the Old Irwin footbridge in winter. Very cool!

Some of the comments to follow included:

"Contrary to popular belief Dora Daniels did not have a gun when she blocked the demolition of this footbridge." Michael Whisman
